Functions:
Consulting and assistance with selection of a land plot for a specific facility
Obtaining preliminary technical conditions for connection to utility networks
Execution of works on surveying the areas specified by the customer with subsequent registration
Key amendments to the urban planning documentation
Transition of the chosen LP to a category and permitted use specified by the customer
Development of the architectural concept of the future objects
Assistance with resolving issues with representatives of state authorities
Landmarking, consolidation, contraction or expansion of land plots
Full support of the project in the framework of the agreement
