A wholesale & retail trade center with an area of over 1 mln sq. m will be built at Aerotropolis DME
March 25, 2019, Domodedovo, the Moscow Region. Moscow Domodedovo Airport and the construction company Capital Rost have come to an agreement on the construction of the wholesale & retail trade center with an area of more than 1 million square meters on the territory of Aerotropolis DME.

The project budget will amount to 65 billion rubles. The center will be located 11 km from the airport on the plot adjacent to the A-105 highway connecting the air hub with Moscow. There will be trade, exhibition and office centers, conference halls, Customs warehouses and multi-storey and flat plate car parks. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.
The wholesale & retail trade center is the largest project being implemented at Aerotropolis DME, a unique Airport City in Russia. The new urban form will appear around the air hub, on the territory of 16 thousand hectares, the objects will be divided into clusters according to the spheres of activity: trade, hotel and recreational, business park, expo cluster, industrial cluster and agricultural cluster. The cluster concept of Aerotropolis DME was developed taking into account the successful world experience in the development of airport environs.
