Domodedovo airport signed an agreement to create an Industrial Park at Moscow Aerotropolis
Moscow Domodedovo Airport and the company «ALLIANCE DOMODEDOVO» signed an agreement on the implementation of the Industrial Park «ALLIANCE DOMODEDOVO» project on the territory of Moscow Aerotropolis. The business project involves the development of a land area of 244 hectares until 2037. The total investment will amount to over RUB 30 billion.
The Industrial Park is a complex of manufacturing, warehouse, administrative and other facilities. The total area of buildings is more than 800 thousand m2. About 10,000 jobs will be created. The project is actively supported by the Administration of Domodedovo City District.
According to Moscow Domodedovo Airport Director Igor Borisov, «Moscow Aerotropolis is a project that sets a new trend in the commercial development of aerodrome environs. The air harbor is becoming not just a transport hub, it creates an infrastructure useful both for the region development and for business».
