On the 5th of October 2015 specialists of Moscow Domodedovo Airport made a presentation of the Aerotropolis DME project at the annual SMART Airports conference, which has been held in Munich for the eighth time. This year more than 300 experts from 60 international airports and 34 countries around the world took part in the event. For the first time abroad the Airport City project was presented at the largest international real estate exhibition MIPIM in March 2015.
«Aerotropolis DME» is a new urban form that includes business parks, logistics and industrial centers, shopping malls, technology, information and communication centers.
At the SMART Airports conference, the Domodedovo airport specialists made a presentation on aspects of Aerotropolis development: construction of a logistics center and a gas station, parking lots and a car technical center, hotels and fast food restaurants, exhibition and shopping centers. The core of Aerotropolis DME will be Airport City, located in close proximity to Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
Aerotropolis is an unusual project and attracts the attention of developers and investors from all over the world, because it allows to get synergy due to the convenience of location, providing fast and direct communication with suppliers, customers and partners around the world.
SMART Airports is five one-day thematic conferences: Aviation and Economic Development, Design and Development, IT and Automation, Aviation Security, Green Airports.
